Family Liaison

Jordan Moore

Hello, my name is Jordan Moore and I am the Family Liaison here at Falcon Elementary. Originally from Arizona, and after a couple years in Chicago where I went to art school for graphic design and photography, I have recently planted my roots here in Colorado with my partner and our 3 children. Outside of school you will likely find me camping, reading a book, crafting, or hanging out with our 2 dogs.

I am passionate about serving our students, parents, teachers and community members.
My role is geared towards building relationships, promoting equality, supporting student success, and enhancing communication between families and school. There are resources for all kinds of needs, such as food, clothing, assistance programs and much more.
